– MEP: water supply, electricity supply (including sockets and switches), lighting (excluding decorative lamps)

A Unique Concept combining Tensile Roof (guests experience, marketing) and high-end Timber construction (thermal comfort, acoustic comfort, 5* equipment) => Not a Tent !
KANOPYA TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The following prices are quoted according to the standard specifications and drawings of Kanopya Lodges. The prices shall be revised in accordance
with the final drawing details approved by the Client.
2. The volume of work corresponds to the actual acceptance at the construction site. Items not included in the original scope of work will be calculated
based on the actual volume of items.
3. The above prices are quoted in Euros included shipping and installation costs for the items listed as above .
4. All products prices are packed for standard sea shipping according to Kanopya’s Factory standard in accordance with Vietnam’s domestic shipping
conditions.
5. Sample items for mock up purposes shall be invoiced at a rate, two times the standard quotation prices. In case of signing the contract, the samples
fee will be deducted.
6. Expenses incurred for product quality verification, on site cleaning & security services, electricity and water costs served during the construction
period will be paid by the client.
7. Client must prepare for the construction process such as gathering areas, storages, the freight elevators.
Contract Term
Advance Payment Bonds: Not applicable
Performance Bonds: Not applicable
Payment Term
• 1st payment: 50% advanced payment of the total contract value right after signing the Quotation or Contract.
• 2nd payment: 30% payment of the total contract value right after signing the Taking Over Certificate in Production Completion at Kanopya factory
• 3rd payment: the remaining 20% of the total contract value after signing the Taking Over Certificate at the construction site.
• Maintenance Guarantee 5% of Contract value within 24 months from the time of completion of Taking Over procedure
• Mode of payment: by bank transfer within (07) seven working days from the issuance of the required payment document.
Warranty Conditions
Products manufactured and supplied by Kanopya Factory are warranted (24) twenty-four months against technical problems caused by wood product
defects (Refer to detailed product warranty conditions).
Validity of Quotations: This quotation is valid (30) thirty days from the date of issue
Standard production and packaging time is from 25 weeks (for 5 Lodges) once receiving the official approval drawings from customers.
Do not include time for making samples for approval (if any) or Holidays, New Year.
